Downtown Kalamazoo’s Historic Homes Tour 2005 offers a
unique mix of homes and apartments that have been lovingly brought back
to life. This year’s tour includes apartments in the former Gilmore’s
Department Store, an Italianate house that boasts a spiral staircase,
and an early Greek Revival home that now contains offices but care has
been taken to retain original features.
